Before lunch, I had a green smoothie which consisted of spinach, a frozen banana, an apple, an orange, coconut water with pineapple and almond milk. It was amazing!
As far as a workout, I did Zumba. My schedule didn't afford me time to make it to the gym, but I refused to allow that to stop me. I just did a Youtube search and found this Zumba video. It was a great workout!
