Eh...What's Up, Doc?

When I was a kid, I enjoyed watching Bugs Bunny. I used to laugh at how every time I watched one of the cartoons, Bugs was always crunching on a carrot.



Well, once again, my childhood animated friends were teaching some valuable lessons. We need to follow Bugs' lead and crunch down on some carrots too. This morning, I added some to my green smoothie.


Some of the benefits of carrots are:

  •  Anti-Aging
  •  Healthy Skin
  •  Helps prevent heart disease
  •  Fights against infection


So, eh, what's up, Doc? Why not try a carrot today?
