Refreshing Post Workout Drink

Just got in from a brisk walk with one of my girlfriends. She kept it moving and I tried to keep up with her! LOL! Drank plenty of water afterwards, but wanted to give my body some replenishment. Here's what I made:

1 bunch of romaine lettuce
1 bunch of spinach
1 stalk of celery
lemon juice from 1 lemon
1 1/2 banana
4 medjool dates
a bunch of parsley


I think next time I will add either an apple or pear as this drink was pretty bitter. But I drank it down and feel energized. Maybe I will get another walk in before the night is over.
