100 Days: Days 8-13 ~ Consistency

So I got behind in updating the blog, but here are days 8-13. Consistency is imperative if you want to achieve your goal. Every small step, day in and day out, gets you one step closer to that which you desire.

The treadmill and I are rekindling our love for one another. Outside of walking on the treadmill I have done stairs and Zumba.

This journey to healthy has been filled with many challenges, but I am so excited at the small progress I've made. I am so thankful for the encouragement I have received from my family and friends.
