100 Days: Day Two ~ Discipline


Day 1...DONE! Day 2...DONE! 

Today I focused on disciplining myself to focus on what matters most...optimal health! I am not doing this 100 days just to lose weight, but I am on this journey to achieving optimal health. So today, although I almost didn't get it in, I did 45 minutes of upper body strength training. I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow, but it will just be a reminder that I chose to do something for me. 

This morning I made a green smoothie which consisted of an avocado, spinach, coconut water, a banana and almond milk.

After lunch, my husband juiced some oranges, lemon, ginger and carrots.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow and taking the next step toward reaching my goals!
