100 Days...

I'm not big on New Year's resolutions, but I am a huge proponent of taking inventory and evaluating the previous year and making achievable goals for the new year. So, that being said, here is one of my goals for 2014. Starting today, along with a friend, I am embarking on a 100 day journey to healthy! What that means is that for the next 100 days I will exercise consistently and drink either a juice or green smoothie. I've been on this journey to healthy for a while and needed to push myself to the next level, so when I saw a friend post on Facebook that she was going to do 100 days, I decided to join her because I can really use the accountability.
