5 Day Juice Detox Fast

So, I am thinking I need to do a 5 Day Juice Detox Fast to give my system a break. If you'd like to join me, I am posting the menu I will follow as well as a grocery list. Hope you'll join me and post your comments here and pics and comments on my Facebook page. Happy Juicing!


Day 1
Breakfast:                              
2 organic granny smith apples
4 organic carrots
1 organic celery stalk

Lunch
1 whole organic cucumber
8 organic kale leaves
2 organic celery stalks
3 organic granny smith apples
1 lime, peeled and seeded
Small piece of ginger

Dinner
1 beet with leaves
2 organic carrots
2 organic celery stalks
Small piece of ginger
½ lemon, peeled and seeded


Day 2
Breakfast
½ pineapple
3 organic red apples
4 organic carrots

Lunch
1 whole organic cucumber
8 organic kale leaves
2 organic celery stalks
3 organic granny smith apples
1 lime, peeled and seeded
Small piece of ginger

Dinner
8 organic kale leaves
2 organic celery stalks
3 organic carrots
2 organic red apples
1 whole organic cucumber
1 organic tomato
½ lemon, peeled and seeded


Day 3
Breakfast

4 organic carrots
1 organic celery stalk

Lunch
10 organic kale leaves
5 organic carrots
2 organic red apples
1 whole organic cucumber
3 organic celery stalks

Dinner
1 beet with leaves
2 organic carrots

Day 4

*Preferably all fruits and veggies should be organic.

2 bags Granny Smith Apples
3 bags Carrots
3 celery
8 cucumber
6 bunches of kale
5 lime
3 lemon
2 pineapple
1 ginger root
4 beet with leaves
2 bags red apples (Fuji, Honey Crisp, etc)
3 tomato
