Today was a difficult day. It's a busy day for my family and trying to stay on task with exercise was not easy. But I didn't allow the busyness to cause me to put off what I knew would be another step toward my goal of optimal health. So tonight, I got on the treadmill and although my body was tired, I persevered.
I stayed true to my commitment to continue on this journey to healthy.
This morning for breakfast, I made a green smoothie which consisted of spinach, coconut water, a banana, an orange and an apple.
After lunch, I enjoyed one of my go to drinks by ALO, an alove vera and wheatgrass juice.
Looking forward to another step tomorrow as I travel on this journey to healthy!
