So, Tuesday was Day 2 of my juicing. For breakfast, I had 10 kale leaves, 6 cuties, 5 carrots, 2 red apples, 4 celery stalks and 1 cucumber. Served over ice. I had the same thing for lunch that I did for breakfast. For dinner, I met a friend and didn't bring a juice with me. So I purchased an Alo Drink from the market. It had aloe vera, mangosteen and mango. Picked up some ginger and lemons tonight from the market so I am looking forward to trying some new recipes for Day 3. Day 2 of juicing complete!
