Day 3

So, I've made it to day 3 and I am feeling great! Here is my juicing log for today:

Breakfast: 12 kale leaves, 3 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 2 red apples, 1 cucumber, 1 juice of lemon, 1 tomato, and an inch of ginger. 



Lunch:12 kale leaves, 3 red apples, 4 cuties, 5 carrots, 2 bananas. It was very filling and delicious.


Dinner:13 kale leaves, 4 carrots and left over fruit salad that consisted of watermelon, cantelope, grapes, blueberries.

Day 3...successful completion!
