An Immune Booster

Wasn't feeling so great today so my 11 year old offered to make a green smoothie to help me feel better. She's such a sweetie! Here is her recipe: 2 bananas, the juice of 1 lemon, kale greens, spinach, a big handful of dried cranberries, ice and water. It was both refreshing and delicious. Both kale and lemon are high in Vitamin C and will give a much needed boost to my immune system.
